These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VELAQO website and general enquiries made through it.

Website Information

Product specifications, availability, prices, delivery schedules, warranties and commercial terms are binding only when confirmed in a formal quotation, purchase order, contract or other written agreement issued or accepted by VELAQO LIMITED.

Enquiries and Quotations

An enquiry does not create a contract. Quotations may be subject to validity periods, stock availability, taxes, duties, transport costs, payment terms and other stated conditions.

RFQ Handoff

The website prepares an enquiry for review and can open a third-party email or WhatsApp application. The visitor remains responsible for reviewing and sending the message. Preparation of a request does not submit an order.

Intellectual Property

The VELAQO name, logo, website design, text and original materials are owned by or licensed to VELAQO LIMITED and may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.

External Services

Links or integrations with email, telephone, WhatsApp, analytics or other third-party services are governed by the respective providers' terms and privacy practices.

Limitation

VELAQO aims to keep website information accurate but does not guarantee that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the website is at the visitor's own discretion.
